As the founder of Growth University, I bring 7 years of experience in NLP and a deep understanding of human behavior.
My journey with NLP began over 7 years ago, during a pivotal moment in my life. I was working in a high-stress corporate job, feeling stuck and unfulfilled. Despite my professional success, I struggled with self-doubt, anxiety, and a sense of not living up to my true potential.
One day, a close friend recommended that I attend an NLP workshop. Skeptical but curious, I decided to give it a try. The workshop was a revelation. I learned about the power of language and the mind, and how subtle shifts in perception could lead to profound changes in behavior and emotions. I was particularly struck by a technique called anchoring, which helped me manage my anxiety and boost my confidence almost instantly.
After that initial workshop, I immersed myself in NLP studies, attending seminars, reading extensively, and eventually earning my certification as an NLP practitioner. The impact on my life was nothing short of transformative. I gained clarity about my goals, developed healthier relationships, and found a renewed sense of purpose.
